Frequently asked questions

Are the corals pictured the exact corals I will receive?

For products marked WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get), the coral shown is the exact specimen you will receive. For other listings, images may be representative of the variety, and individual colour, size and growth form can naturally vary.

Can I combine multiple coral orders into one delivery?

Where possible, we may be able to combine orders that have not yet been dispatched. Contact us promptly with your order details so we can confirm whether this is possible.

Why does my coral look different when it arrives?

Corals can retract, lose some colour intensity or produce mucus during transport. This is a normal stress response for many species. Once settled under appropriate conditions, they will often begin opening and displaying their normal appearance.

Do you offer local collection?

Yes. For Collection Orders please order as normally and reach out to us via our WhatApp Group or Call: 07477138239

How are corals packaged for delivery?

Live corals are securely packaged to protect them during transit, with temperature control used when appropriate. Our aim is to ensure livestock spends as little time in transit as possible and arrives in excellent condition.

When will my coral order be dispatched?

Live livestock orders are dispatched according to our available delivery schedule. You'll receive confirmation when your order has been prepared and dispatched.

Dispatch Days are: Mondays and Wednesdays excluding Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Yes. We only send corals via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm which requires a photo and signature on delivery. Corals should not be left boxed or unattended after delivery.

What happens if a coral arrives damaged or does not survive transit?

Please contact us as soon as possible and follow our DOA (Dead on Arrival) policy, including providing the required photographs within the specified time frame.
